Each project consists of several sub-parts of the dossier. Each part has its purpose.

PART OF THE PROJECTDescription, what is that part
The study of construction (STS)The study is the architectural design of the house. It serves as a basis for further project work. This is only the work of architect.
Documentation for area management (DUR)Processed only for buildings the size of 150 m2 of built area. According to this documentation can be built. The documentation is processed according to the Decree No. 503/2006 Sb. to the extent required by the planning office.
Documentation for building permit or building notices is (DSP)This documentation is for issuance of building permits. According to this documentation can be built only on the investor's own responsibility. The documentation is processed according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Sb. to the extent required by the planning office.
Documentation for building construction (DPS)This documentation is used for house construction itself. The project contains all the detailed technical solutions and itemized construction budget. The documentation is processed according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Sb.
