Family House in Prague

Architectural study addressed a draft house in Prague. House size is 6 + KK. The house has three bathrooms, three children's rooms, bedroom, guest room and a large open living space (living-room, kitchen, dinette). Bedroom has its own bathroom. For children's rooms are on the first floor, one large shared bathroom. Downstairs is a small bathroom with toilet. The open layout is loosely based large glazed surfaces facing south to the garden, where there is a terrace and pool. The living room is directly connected with a spacious very comfortable staircase, which magnifies the entire living space. The house is very simple mass with pyramidal roof and flat roof above the garage. The garage is designed loading parking shelter. Protection against overheating of the interior is solved in part through the southwestern part of the pergola and exterior blinds.
