It offers wonderful views, which are mainly oriented to the north side. The house is designed as a wooden building with two floors and a basement. The ground floor is the main living spaces, bathroom and study. Attic is designed as a quiet zone with three bedrooms and one bathroom. In the basement is designed technological background, laundry room and workshop. The house is designed in a modern style, but it can also find the original morphology of rural houses, which are characteristic of the site.
